Mix the Castile soap and sweet almond oil into a foaming soap dispenser. Add the essential oils and use a swirling method to mix together. Fill the dispenser with the water. Use the wash daily for the best results.

Big brand body washes may be contained by different shaped and colored bottles, but for the most part, they are all the same. This homemade body wash is full of both amazing fragrance and bubbles to get you going with an early morning shower.

2/3 cups of Castile soap, if you can, it helps to get something that is unscented. ¼ cup of honey. Two tsp of either jojoba or sweet almond oil. One tsp of vitamin E. Two tsp of vegetable glycerin. Between 40-50 drops of Young Living Orange Essential Oil.

Gently whisk or stir all 6 of the ingredients. Because this amount of ingredients will not produce a large quantity, any plastic bottle will work fine for storage. And your homemade body wash is that simple. Each of the ingredients can be found at a local health food store, pharmacy, or grocery.

Homemade Moisturizer for Nourished and Clear Skin

A quality homemade moisturizer should be simple to make and completely all natural. It should be able to protect against breakouts, deeply nourish the skin, all while healing damage that is created from the events of everyday life. This recipe is able to do every bit of this and much more.

¼ cup of coconut oil. Twelve drops of orange essential oil. Twelve drops of lavender essential oil. Twelve drops of Melrose essential oil blend. Eight drops of ylang-ylang essential oil.

Add the coconut oil to a small glass container. Add essential oils and blend together by stirring. Apply a small amount to your face every morning and evening. Half a pea sized amount will be plenty.

Oatmeal Lavender Body Wash

You will need 3 cups of water. ¼ cup of oatmeal. ¼ cup of liquid Castile soap. Six-twelve drops of lavender essential oil. One tsp of vitamin E oil. Two tsp jojoba or avocado oil. You will also want to use a foaming dispenser. You will use less soap by using this instead of a normal dispenser.

Bring the three cups of water to a boil. Place oatmeal in a bowl and add boiling water. After it has sat for 1-2 hours, strain the water in order to remove oats. Using a small bowl, mix Castile soap, vitamin E oil, jojoba or avocado oil, and essential oil until fully incorporated with a whisk. Fill the foaming soap dispenser between 10-15 percent full. Nearly fill the remainder of the bottle with the oatmeal infused water. Secure the lid and it is ready to use.

Simple DIY Face Wash

Whisk together all of the ingredients until they are well mixed. Use an 8oz glass jar with a soap pump lid. The scent this soap provides will make you want to stay in the shower all day long.

Lemon Mint Sugar Scrub

Using a bowl, combine 1 ¼ cups of granulated sugar. ½ a cup of coconut oil. One tablespoon of lemon juice, zest from half of a lemon, 5 drops of Young Living Lemon essential oil. The zest, lemon juice, and sugar will help slough away dry skin. The coconut oil works as a moisturizer, and combined with the peppermint you will create a fragrance that will boost any mood.

DIY Bath Salts

It is a well-known fact that Epsom salt can provide many benefits. Combining the two together is a safe and easy way to increase your levels of both sulfate and magnesium.

This will require unscented Epsom salts, therapeutic grade essential oils, a measuring cup, and empty glass containers with a lid. Use 1 1/2 cups of Epsom salt and add 2 drops of your favorite essential oil for each ¼ cup of Epsom salt. Seal the jar and gently shake before each use.

Stress Away Sugar Scrub

Use 1 tsp of baking soda for each ½ cup of Epsom salt. Add 8-10 of your favorite essential oil. If they are available, add 1 TBS of dried lavender buds or roses and combine them all together. Add to your favorite jar and use at will.
