The Dodow is a simple device that helps train your brain to go to sleep faster. I have found it to be very effective and in the long run, extremely affordable. It's only one component of an overall strategy for getting more and better sleep, but it's an excellent addition. Nearly anyone can use it, with one important exception noted in the article below.
